Day 14: A Day of ComplimentsFlatter someone today and see if it does indeed get you anywhere.
Today I set out to compliment as many people as I could. It didn’t get me anywhere but it did make me realize how people are either uncomfortable when you tell them they look nice today like they don’t believe you; or they tell you the whole story of whatever it is you complimented. Its funny how all people are the same in that way. Try it! Compliment something in particular on someone today and nine times out of ten they will say something like “Thanks! So and so gave it to me; or I got it from this place; or do you know of so and so they make these…”
